Dear Colleagues, On behalf of the organising committee I am delighted to invite you to travel down-under to the XI International Congress of Reproductive Immunology, to be held in Palm Cove, near Cairns in Queensland, Australia, from August 15 to August 19, 2010.
The committee is assembling a world-class scientific program that will highlight cutting-edge topics in basic and clinical reproductive immunology. The program will include female and male reproductive function, spanning gamete development, embryogenesis, pregnancy, placenta and the fetus; infectious disease and mucosal immunology; inflammation and autoimmunity; developmental immunology; and translational research in infertility and pathologies of pregnancy, and vaccines for STIs and fertility control. We have chosen a wonderful beachside location on the Great Barrier Reef in far north Queensland to offer you arguably the most beautiful conference destination in Australia. The weather in August is warm and balmy - perfect for snorkelling on the reef, exploring the nearby tropical rainforest, discovering local indigenous culture, to play golf or swim. There are wonderful restaurants and local pubs close by in Palm Cove, and a vibrant night life just a taxi ride away in Cairns. The venue is only 20 mins from the Cairns international airport with a convenient flight schedule for international and Australian travellers.
We hope you can join us and look forward to welcoming you here in sunny Australia! Sarah Robertson Chair, Local Organising Committee XI ICRI 2010 |
